Delivery & Returns

Your order will be delivered to the address provided by you when you placed your order, subject to payment being received for the items and delivery charge.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 Working Days i.e. Monday - Friday excluding Bank or public holidays in England, Scotland and Wales or as soon as possible thereafter subject to availability

A signature may be required by the postal carrier on delivery.

If delivery is attempted but no one is available to take receipt of the goods, the postal carrier should leave instructions of how to proceed.
Once your order has been confirmed by us, we aim to have your items delivered as soon as possible. We will not be liable for any loss suffered due to delay in delivery. If we are made aware of any delay we will inform you as soon as possible.

If items are required urgently or by a certain date, please advise us of this by telephone or email when placing your order.

Please ensure that clear and correct delivery details are supplied when placing your order. Unclear and incorrect details lead to delays or non-delivery of items.

We are not liable for non-delivery or return to us of orders.  Re-posting of orders will result in further charges.

Your Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of 14 days after delivery of the item(s).

To cancel your order, you must notify, in writing, our Customer Services Dept by Post or Email. Please state the details of the order, the delivery address, date of order, date of delivery and reason for return.

If you choose to cancel your order after we have dispatched your items, you will be responsible for returning the goods at your own expense and you must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the goods are not damaged prior to or in transit. The items must be returned to the address below.

Please Note:- Items cannot be returned and refunds will not be made if any security markings or labels have been removed from the item.

Once we receive your returned items with all security markings and labels intact, we will refund any payment made within 30 days.

Returns Guarantee
If any of your items are received damaged or incorrect, please notify, our Customer Services Dept immediately by Post or Email
All returns must be agreed with ourselves and the return should be made within 14 days. We may need to see a photograph of the item before authorising the return.
On receipt of the returned item, we will supply a replacement item free of charge.

If a replacement is not available we will refund any payment made for the item.

You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the goods are not damaged prior to or in transit.
